The Opportunity

KLK Consulting Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of an exclusive hospitality group seeking an experienced Human Resources & Recruitment Manager to support an exciting multi-phase transformation, evolving from a beloved beach bar into a full-scale luxury beach club, with future expansion already underway.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a recruitment-driven HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environments and enjoys being both on-site and strategic.

You’ll play a critical role in building the people infrastructure from the ground up, recruiting, onboarding, stabilizing teams, and shaping HR processes that will scale with the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and leadership roles
✔ Coordinate interview days, onboarding sessions, and hiring events
✔ Develop HR policies, onboarding tools, and recruitment workflows
✔ Act as a key liaison with management, finance, and external HR advisors
✔ Represent the company at job fairs and build strong recruitment pipelines
✔ Support the transition from paper-based systems to digital HR processes
✔ Help shape employer branding and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

🔹 3–5+ years’ experience in HR with strong emphasis on Recruitment
🔹 Background in hospitality, resorts, beach clubs, or lifestyle concepts
🔹 Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
🔹 Comfortable working both in an office setting and on-site
🔹 Experience coordinating pre-employment compliance and documentation
🔹 Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting evolving operations
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive

Bonus (Not Required):
▫ Pre-opening or transition-phase experience
▫ Exposure to ERP or HR systems (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
