Marina Master – High-End Island Marina

Are you passionate about the sea, hospitality, and excellence in service? A high-end private island destination in The Bahamas is seeking a Marina Master to lead operations for its luxury marina. You'll welcome VIP guests, manage daily dock operations, and maintain impeccable safety and service standards.

Your Role Includes:

• Oversee dockage, fueling, berth assignments, and vessel movements

• Be the go-to liaison for yacht captains, owners, and VIP guests

• Coordinate marina concierge services, customs, provisioning, and excursions

• Train and lead a team of dockhands and attendants to deliver 5-star service

• Ensure compliance with maritime and environmental safety regulations

You Should Have:

• 5–7 years in marina management, preferably at luxury properties or private islands

• STCW or maritime certifications preferred

• Strong guest service mindset and comfort working with international yacht clientele

• Calm, clear communicator with strong attention to detail
