This is a senior executive role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values world-class service, and has a firm grasp of Bahamian labor law and international hospitality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design for a high-growth luxury destination

  • Manage full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, compliance, L&D, and performance

  • Serve as advisor to executive leadership on people, culture, and growth

  • Ensure compliance with immigration, labor law, and employee relations best practices

  • Drive a culture of excellence, service, and professionalism island-wide

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years’ HR leadership, with 3–5 years in luxury hospitality or remote resort settings

  • Strong experience in labor compliance, team development, and remote workforce management

  • Bahamian labor law knowledge highly preferred

  • Proven record leading diverse, high-performing teams
