Concierge Manager -Private Island Resort

Concierge Manager — Ultra-Luxury Private Island Resort (Bahamas)

Location: Family Island, The Bahamas (on-site)
Department: Guest Experience & Concierge • Reports to Rooms Division/GM

About the Role
Own the end-to-end guest journey—from first hello to fond farewell. You’ll lead the concierge function and butler/host team, curating one-of-a-kind island experiences while driving service excellence and ancillary revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the guest experience lifecycle: pre-arrival planning, on-island execution, and thoughtful post-stay follow-up.

  • Curate bespoke itineraries (diving, bonefishing, reef/snorkel safaris, wellness & spa, sandbar picnics, seaplane day trips).

  • Coordinate transfers (ferry/seaplane), VIP airport welcomes, amenities, and milestone celebrations.

  • Optimize upsell/cross-sell (private chefs, sandbar dinners, guides, wellness, marine adventures) and track ancillary revenue with clear KPIs.

  • Coach butlers/hosts in ultra-personalized, anticipatory service; run briefings, standards, and guest-recovery playbooks.

  • Own partnerships with local vendors—negotiate, QA service delivery, and maintain preferred rates and availability.

  • Leverage systems (PMS/CRM/tasking tools) for notes, preferences, and flawless daily ops.

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years concierge or guest-services leadership in luxury/boutique resorts or UHNW travel.

  • Deep local knowledge/vendor network (or the hustle to build one fast); impeccable written & verbal communications.

  • Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, discreet; excels at guest recovery and turning moments into memories.

  • Fluent with PMS/CRM/workflow tools; organized with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.

Package & Perks

  • Competitive salary; performance incentives tied to service and ancillary revenue.

  • Housing support may be available for island posting.

  • Professional growth within a world-class hospitality brand.

  • Couples may apply as a package; joint placement will be considered based on fit and business needs.

  • Bahamian applicants strongly encouraged. Work-permit sponsorship may be considered per Bahamas regulations.
