About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and managing a team of insurance agents, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in building relationships, analyzing data, and inspiring performance will be essential to the companyβs continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of insurance sales agents
Set and achieve sales targets in line with company goals
Design and implement sales strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition
Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and training
Develop new market opportunities and strengthen client relationships
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards
Analyze sales reports and present performance metrics to senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in insurance sales, with at least 3β5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
