Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for the insurance industry? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our team to new heights!

About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, coaching and managing a team of insurance agents, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in building relationships, analyzing data, and inspiring performance will be essential to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of insurance sales agents

  • Set and achieve sales targets in line with company goals

  • Design and implement sales strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and training

  • Develop new market opportunities and strengthen client relationships

  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards

  • Analyze sales reports and present performance metrics to senior leadership

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
