SENIOR I.T. MANAGER

Responsibilities include:

  • Directs the development and implementation of integrated IT initiatives to support business strategies.

  • Provide strategic analysis of business requirements; identifying linkages and opportunities across the enterprise.

  • Effectively facilitates discussions with stakeholders and leaders to drive out clear business requirements for complex, unclear or large-scale business problems.

  • Creates an integrated IT strategy and plan to support multiple business units, which may include analyzing new emerging technologies and translating implications of the new technology into an effective integrated IT strategy.

  • Provides enabling technologies that make it easier for customers and suppliers to do business as well as increase end customer experience.

  • In conjunction with the teams, identify processes that can be automated through the use of existing or new tools, innovation or process review which will improve efficiencies, compliance and/or security best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or related field

  • Experience leading people directly or indirectly

  • 5-10 Years Experience

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
